Marinate the Pork in the olive oil and couple dashes of each spice. You can use a commercial spice pack for pork or beef and that works quite well. Grilled the pork to your desired temperature, we think that people tend to overcook pork and it is better at medium or just above. When grilling, cut open some maracuyas and empty their pulp into a blender with some honey and water, blend. Strain out the seeds and pour the puree into a thick bottomed sauce pan, with more homey, paprika and pepper. Reduce this down while the pork finishes and pour over the top.
