Start with a handful of Malcontents and add a smidgeon of purpose, not too much. Donīt be Conservative with the anger. Stir in a little oppression, depending upon your personal taste. This mixture should be left to simmer for some time, allowing for all the ingredients to blend together on a low heat. Add in the can of cops with a dash of violence, bring this mixture to boil while dropping in opportunists in bunches. At this point it should be about done, finish by seasoning with fresh pepper gas. Add alcohol and flambe. Serve hot with a dollop of looting.
